3 Steps to perfection - As simple as that.
Installation is easy and should take no longer than a couple of minutes. Just lace up your shoes as normal and adjust the tightness, Insert the laces through the clasp half and tie a knot at the midpoint of your shoe.
Simply cut off the excess lace and push the knot back into the clasp and your upgrade is complete.

These work very well and really suit my gym shoes.
The slight amount of elasticity allows me to use them without having to untie my laces even though with these I wouldn't untie anything I'd literally unscrew the little grommet.
Adding them to your shoe is really easy just lace up as normal and then use two finger widths to measure where you need to put your knot pull it tight and then put one end of the gromit on either side then all you need to do is screw the latest together and you're done.
