Shipping Policy
We are proud to offer worldwide delivery from our UK HQ. We process orders Monday to Saturday (except on UK Bank/public holidays) from our UK Headquarters. You will be sent an Order confirmation email as soon as you have ordered with us and a Shipping email on the day your order is posted. Please note it is your responsibility to ensure you have ordered correctly and given us a full address and contact details.
UK Delivery Times and Charges:
Standard shipping service is Royal Mail Tracked 48 delivery on all orders (usually delivered within 2-3 working days.)
Our upgraded UK delivery service is with Royal Mail Tracked 24 Next Day (delivery within 1-2 working days depending on your distance from our location).
European Shipping:
Royal Mail International Standard delivery service (usually delivered within 5-7 working days)
This is currently our only shipping option for orders placed from within the EU.
International Shipping:
We are proud to offer international worldwide shipping to all countries outside the UK and EU via Royal Mail International Standard (Usually delivered within 7-11 working days).
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. TEEZY LTD is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer. In the instance that the import duties and taxes have not been calculated correctly, please contact us for assistance.
Items Arrived Damaged:
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at customersupport@teezylaces.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
Items Not Arrived:
If the expected delivery date has passed and you have still not received your order, please search your tracking number on the following website for any updates; https://www.royalmail.com/track-your-item
If the tracking information has not been updated in a while or you do not understand the information that is shown, please contact us and we will do our best to get an update to you as soon as possible.
