Perfect for muddy festivals if you don’t want wellies
Dry feet, they fit absolutely perfect over my boots, they looked pretty cool too
Good value waterproof shoe coverings. They're made of pvc with a silicone sole. I was a bit disappointed with the quality, although on par with the current price tag of £10.99, the soles aren't as anti-slip as I'd like, that can be achieved with rubber soles. The soles are thinner than I expected, but do the job. The pvc boot are okay, but if pulled too hard, they are likely to tear; I like that they have a thick zip snd drawstring closing, it also has a strap that goes across the front to help keep them in place better. Unfortunately, it's not adjustable, so it does depend on the type of shoes if this strap really offers much support.They're definitely good at keeping my feet dry in the rain. I think that they're more suitable for casual walking rather than mountaining climbing, running, or jogging in. The grip isn't the best, so I won't be out walking on icy ground in these. They each have two breathing holes, but in a really hot climate or wearing them for long periods of time, I think these would definitely make my feet and ankles hot. I've not had them for long. I don't see them being very durable and lasting years with frequent use. They're not suitable for all types of shoes, but they fit well over most. I think they'll be great to have at hand at a feastival or when travelling anywhere muddy. They arrived in a resealable plastic bag packaging, so I keep them in there when not in use so they're easily portable, in a medium - large bag.
These are certainly great for keeping your trainers clean and dry. Just not the easiest to get my trainers into initiall - next time I might order a sizse or two bigger than my trainers. But once you have them on there, they are snug and a great feeling knowing and feeling your feet dry on a wet day.I use them for cycling to work on a wet day, which would usually drench my trainers. Again the annoying part is taking them off and putting them back on again, so next time I'll get a bigger sizse. I imagine these would be good when going round a field carboot sale or festival.Love how when you undo the zip you can really open it up, then you can strap it tight. The white step will get covered in mud, but it comes off completely so you can wash it at least. I'd certainly recommend these, just maybe 1 size higher than your usual size.
